About JENCO LLC

JENCO LLC builds clinical software for the people who use it under pressure. The company was founded by a healthcare provider who kept running into the same problem in the field: the math behind safe ventilation is simple at a desk and easy to get wrong on a scene.

Our first app, Rapid Vent Calculator, exists to close that gap. It calculates lung-protective ventilator settings from ideal body weight, with tidal volume, respiratory rate, and minute ventilation from a single patient entry, and puts RSI medication dosing on the same screen. The goal is specific: fewer patients injured by ventilator settings that were calculated from the wrong number, or not calculated at all.

We develop the app continuously and build what users ask for. Most of the features in the current version, from the metabolic acidosis mode to the shareable results snapshot, started as feedback from clinicians using it on real patients.
